If you have follow the steps in "Display NFTs on Wallet” to add NFTs to your “Favorite” and click “Download Favorites” to sync them to Nifty, but the NFTs still do not show up on Nifty, the reason may be the “(MCU) Firmware” of your Nifty is of an early version.

You will need to update the firmware manually. After the “(MCU) Firmware” is upgraded to “ver. 2.05.4”, the NFTs will be able to be downloaded to Nifty successfully.

If you still encounter any difficulty downloading NFTs to Nifty after the “(MCU) Firmware”, please submit a ticket to “Customer Support Center” and provide the following information so that we may look into the issue further:

1. Your mobile model and OS version. For example, “Samsung Note 8, Android 9”, or “iPhone X, iOS 10”
2. Please describe the steps in detail, and provide photos/screenshots, or better a video (upload to YouTube > set “Unpublic”), demonstrating the errors.
